Ownership of Materials

All materials created during the production of your printed products remain the sole property of CustomPrintedBoxes.net.au. These materials will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Unless otherwise agreed, we may distribute complimentary samples of your printed products and display them on our website or other promotional platforms. If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed by both parties, we will strictly comply with its terms and will not share, display, upload, or distribute any samples, images, or related materials.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, data, software, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, and other materials (collectively referred to as Website Content), is the intellectual property of CustomPrintedBoxes.net.au or its authorised third-party providers.

Unauthorised copying, modification, storage, republication, transmission, or distribution of any Website Content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or transmit through our website. By doing so, you confirm that:

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CustomPrintedBoxes.net.au, including its employees, affiliates, and partners, from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Alleged infringement of third-party rights in materials you provide.
  • Unauthorised access to secure or password-protected areas of the website.
  • Misuse of the website or breach of these terms.

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

As all products are custom made, refunds, credits, and reprints are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your order is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, you must provide clear digital evidence such as photos or videos within three business days of delivery.

Our management team will review the evidence and determine an appropriate resolution if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility. All determinations regarding defects or errors are made at management’s sole discretion.

In some cases, we may require the original shipment to be returned at your expense for physical inspection before issuing a refund, credit, or reprint.

Expedited service fees are non-refundable.

Payments, Orders, and Cancellations

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in AUD unless explicitly agreed in writing. Due to the customised nature of our services, production will not commence until full payment is received using an approved payment method.

Customers are required to approve a proof, either electronic or physical, before production begins. Once proof approval is provided and production has commenced, no changes to artwork, specifications, or turnaround times will be permitted.

Orders may be cancelled within four hours of proof approval, excluding expedited orders, without penalty. Cancellation requests after this period may incur fees depending on the production stage, and cancellations are not guaranteed after 24 hours.

Design Orders

All design services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Artwork and File Submissions

  • Artwork must be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and in CMYK colour mode.
  • We are not responsible for print issues caused by incorrect file setup, including colour shifts or blurriness.
  • You are responsible for verifying file accuracy, alignment, orientation, and layout.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that infringes intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate material.

Proofs and Colour Accuracy

Production will only begin after proof approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs sent via email. Delays in approval may affect turnaround times.

Electronic proofs may not accurately display final colours, transparency, overprints, or finishing effects such as lamination or UV coating. While we aim to match colours as closely as possible, exact colour reproduction is not guaranteed.

Reprints are not offered for colour variations. Customers requiring precise colour matching should request a hard copy proof at an additional cost.

No Liability for Customer Errors

CustomPrintedBoxes.net.au is not responsible for errors in the final product caused by issues such as spelling mistakes, damaged fonts, incorrect dielines, missing folds, bleed errors, overprint settings, or file setup problems.

Overruns and Underruns

Orders are produced in accordance with standard industry practice and may be delivered within plus or minus 5 percent of the ordered quantity. Minor underruns may be adjusted in a future order where applicable.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production timelines begin only after proof approval and full payment. Selected production speeds indicate the number of business days required to complete manufacturing before dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Expedited fees may be refunded in cases of internal production delays, but orders cannot be cancelled due to such delays.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance requirements. Shipping timelines are estimates only, and we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays during transit. Claims for lost or damaged shipments may be lodged six business days after dispatch.

Incorrect shipping details may result in additional charges.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms or update website content at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
