If you are not satisfied with the products delivered by Custom Printed Boxes, you must notify us within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Claims will only be accepted in cases where products are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
We do not offer refunds for returned products. However, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. Issues arising from customer-approved artwork, designs, colors, or specifications will not be considered our liability.
By submitting your artwork, color selections, and design specifications, you acknowledge and accept that minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to printing processes, material limitations, or screen-to-print differences.
While we strive to match your approved designs as accurately as possible, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you agree to accept the final product and understand that slight variations do not qualify for rejection, refunds, or reprints.
All orders require full advance payment, including applicable shipping, handling, and taxes, before production begins. No work will commence until payment has been successfully received and verified.
Payments can be made via credit card or other approved online payment methods. Proof of payment may be requested if required.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within four (4) hours of payment confirmation. Cancellations within this time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee, calculated as a percentage of the total order value. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
